So what’s different about us?
- Most importantly it’s who we are. We are a two partner firm. Two solicitors, Bob Arbuthnott and Catherine McClanachan, plus Glynis Kennedy, our resident Property Manager who has been with the firm since 1993.
- Our main product is us, and the PERSONAL service that we provide.
- Apart from our support staff, you will aways be dealing with the same person. We will spend a lot of time with you and dealing with your transaction. We don’t rely on a computer or back room staff to do it for us.
- We are a small team that can multi-task in a suburban office location.
- We aim to keep our overheads low and our charges very competitive.
- We operate a transparent quoting system so that you know in advance what it will cost.
